Cross Hub is Four Cross Media's client portal and team workspace, exclusively for FCM clients and the FCM team. This policy explains, in plain words, what data Cross Hub collects on the website and in the Cross Hub apps for Android and iPhone, why, who helps us process it, and how you can have it deleted.
Cross Hub (“we”, “our”, “us”) is run by Four Cross Media (FCM), a social media and marketing agency in Jaipur, India. Cross Hub is where FCM plans, makes and publishes content for its clients, where clients review and approve their posts, see what went live and read their reports, and where the FCM team manages its work. Accounts are only for FCM clients and the FCM team: FCM approves every account.
Account details. Your name, your email address, your role and, for clients, which brand account you belong to. If you sign in with a password, we keep only a scrambled (hashed) version of it, never the password itself.
Sign-in and device details. When you sign in we note the time, your browser and device type (for example “Safari on iOS”), your IP address and a short device code, so we can warn you and FCM about a sign-in from a new device.
What you add to Cross Hub. Posts, captions, comments, approvals and change requests, briefs, meeting notes, messages to the team, and the photos, videos and documents you upload.
Business records. For clients: the scope of work, billing and invoice details, and the business details you give us at onboarding (such as your GST number or PAN and billing address). For the FCM team: work records and the joining form (such as date of birth, address, PAN and Aadhaar numbers, and bank details for salary). The most sensitive of these (bank details, PAN and Aadhaar numbers, account logins you share with us) are encrypted at rest, and only the FCM owner (and you, for your own form) can read them.
Connected accounts. Only when a client or FCM connects them:
Enquiry forms. If you fill in one of our public forms, the name, phone number, email, company and message you type.
Activity. Which Cross Hub tool was used, by whom and when, so FCM can audit work and improve Cross Hub.
We do not collect your location, your contacts, your advertising ID or private messages of your followers, and Cross Hub has no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. We never sell data.
The Cross Hub apps for Android and iPhone open the same Cross Hub you use on the web, so they collect the same data described above and nothing more.
We use data only to run Cross Hub and FCM's services for you:
instagram_content_publish and pages_manage_posts permissionsPublishing happens only after the post has passed FCM's internal review and the client has approved it in Cross Hub. Every published post is logged with who did it, the scheduled time and the platform IDs, for audit.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone outside FCM and the client whose account it belongs to, except the service providers listed in section 5, who process it only for us.
Cross Hub runs on a few trusted services. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:
Some of these providers store data outside India. They process it under their own security and privacy terms.
Data is stored in our Supabase database on Amazon Web Services and travels only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access tokens from Meta, Google and Zoho, and other keys, are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Access is limited by role: clients see only their own brand, and team members see only what their role needs.
We keep data for as long as you are an FCM client or team member, and for as long as it is needed to provide reports and services. When an engagement ends, the brand's record stays with FCM for handover unless you ask us to delete it. Invoices and other records that Indian tax and company law require us to keep are kept for the period the law sets, then deleted.
You can ask us to delete your Cross Hub account, or specific data, at any time:
Our use of the Meta Graph API and Instagram API complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. We only request permissions needed for performance reports and for publishing client-approved content, and we do not use Instagram data for advertising targeting or any purpose beyond client reporting and content delivery.
Cross Hub is a business tool for FCM clients and the FCM team. It is not meant for children and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
You can:
If we change how we use data, we update this page and the date at the top, and we tell clients in Cross Hub before a big change takes effect.
